This is an absolute must visit when you come to Las Vegas, although you might want to leave the younger ones at home as there are some exhibits that they may find offensive. The Mob Museum is located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas and will introduce you to the mobsters who made history, both in Vegas and throughout America. There are three floors to explore here that offer everything from artifacts to multimedia displays to short films. Start off on the first floor where you will learn about undercover work, weapons training, popular culture and also examine the wall of mobsters. The second floor features the courtroom from the Kefauver Hearings, which put the mob on display on television for the first time in history. The second floor also has great exhibits on the mob history in Las Vegas and showcases mob’s greatest hits wall. The third and final floor of the museum lets visitors get behind a one-way mirror and take a ‘line-up’ photo, and also offers more on the history of the city and its mobsters. Certainly, you will get once in a lifetime experience here and it is definitely a recommended place to visit when you are in Las Vegas.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
