Sammakka Saralamma Jatara, also known as Medaram Jatara, is a tribal festival celebrated primarily in Telangana. It is celebrated every year to honor the goddesses. Jatara starts at Medaram in Tadvai Mandal in Jayashankar Bhupalpally district.

Medaram Jatara is celebrated during the time the goddesses of the tribal group are believed to visit them. Popular myths also say that after Kumbha Mela, the Medaram jatara attracts the largest number of devotees in India.

The tribal festival is held at about 100 km from Warangal city. As a part of the celebrations, devotees offer bellam (jaggery) to their weight to the goddesses and take a holy dip in Jampanna Vagu stream
