Accused took advantage of victim’s inebriation, say police; robbed items recovered

Two youths were arrested and a minor boy was detained on Friday for robbing a 32-year-old man from Narhe of Rs1,100 and some documents after threatening him with a sickle on the service road along Katraj-Dehu road bypass around 9.45pm on October 31.

The gang was arrested and found guilty of multiple charges, including causing hurt by poison and theft. The court emphasized the need for strict punishment due to pending similar cases.

"Our expectations are straight forward: Taliban and Haqqani leadership and attack planners should no longer be able to find safe haven or conduct operations from Pakistani soil," Pentagon press secretary Army Col rob manning said.
