Eight individuals, including actress Anju Krishna and assistant director Vincy Nivetha, were apprehended in Valasaravakkam by the Anti-Narcotics Intelligence Unit South. Police discovered methamphetamine and ganja during the operation, which stemmed from a tip-off. The group, found with drugs and paraphernalia, has been remanded to judicial custody as investigations continue.
