While teams like NEOM McLaren and Maserati have exited the championship, a new team named Citroen Racing joined the grid this season. The excitement around the fastest-ever GEN3 Evo cars has grown multifold, and a closer look at each race car confirms that these machines are just as stunning visually as they are blisteringly quick on track. Although every Formula E car is identical in size and follows the same technical regulations, the striking and animated designs play a major role in helping each team stand out. Interestingly, four of the 10 cars on the grid sport red liveries this season. Overhead shots of the paired team cars were shared on Instagram, giving fans a unique perspective to admire the designs. The post was captioned: “Every Season 12 car on the grid from above.
Fans were quick to react to the images. One wrote, “The Citroen looks bigger than the Andretti, crazy illusion.” Another explained, “This is a clear example of how the color scheme could ‘change’ the size of the car.

The GEN3 Evo car is capable of accelerating from 0–100 km/h in just 1.86 seconds and can reach speeds of over 300 km/h. Formula E continues to prove that electric motorsport is not only a sustainable form of entertainment but also a crucial platform for manufacturers to develop and advance cutting-edge technology.The Formula E World Championship was founded in 2014 and is currently in its 12th season. This year marks the largest race calendar in the series’ history, featuring 17 races, including six double-headers, across 11 venues worldwide.
