Chandrakona (SC) election results 2026: BJP’s Sukanta Dolui wins Chandrakona by 33,481 votes, defeats TMC’s Surjya Kanta Dolui

In the 2021 elections, AITC's Arup Dhara defeated BJP's Bapi Dera by 11,281 votes (4.6per cent margin from 246,409 total votes), consolidating after Chhaya Dolai's 2016 victory. Comfortably marginal AITC seat with steady hold amid BJP gains; strategically anchors Paschim Medinipur's 16 seats and Arambagh Lok Sabha SC dynamics.
