I will go one step further , why only Nagpur? Almost all major cities are in India are unsafe. Due to the very fact that the government is hand in gloves with the kapoots of criminals.

In general Nagpur seems to be a safe place to live but now the law enforcement agencies should be more vigilant than ever. Police patrol during night and day must be in place to prevent such incidents. Masking the face with scarf by two wheelers is quite common in Nagpur which one cannot see anywhere else in India. This practice might give a chance for criminals to go unnoticed in Nagpur. Nagpur becoming a safe haven for criminals from neighbouring states.
