Sourendro-Soumyojit revisit alma mater to celebrate 20 years of collaboration

Composer duo Sourendro-Soumyojit, both alumni of St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, returned to their alma mater on Saturday evening to celebrate 20 years of their musical journey with a special concert on campus. The evening was both a homecoming and a milestone, as the duo revisited two decades of them creating music together, shaped by Indian classical traditions, contemporary influences, and meaningful collaborations. In attendance were students and teachers of the college, along with percussionist and composer Bickram Ghosh.The duo also performed with their students.
