Among the biggest highlights of the night was actor Arjun Rampal’s DJ set that took place at a popular night club in Kondapur which featured bolly-techno beats and a mashup of tracks from Dhurandhar.

Sunny Leone performed alongside her husband, Daniel Weber, at a large-format New Year’s Eve event that drew an estimated crowd of around 12,000 people. Singer Ram Miriyala also performed popular numbers for the packed audience, which gathered early ahead of the midnight countdown.
At a clubbing venue in the Financial District, DJ Ali Merchant kept the floor moving with a set that moved seamlessly between Bollywood tracks by Himesh Reshammiya, a Hyderabadi Marfa mashup and international pop numbers such as Taylor Swift’s Love Story, keeping the dance floor active through the night.
Beyond ticketed venues, public spaces such as Necklace Road and Tank Bund saw groups of residents and visitors gathering to mark the occasion. Fireworks lit up parts of the city around midnight, as people ushered in the new year, with celebrations continuing into the early hours of January 1.
