Kichcha Sudeep starrer ‘Mark’ is currently enjoying a decent run at the box office since its release on Christmas. The movie on its second Sunday collected a crore according to the early estimates.
As per a report by Sacnilk, the film yesterday made over a crore. This comes after the movie collected a total of Rs 23.15 crore in its first week, where the majority chunk was pumped during the first week. The film on its opening day made Rs 8.6 crore and later on Friday and Saturday made Rs 3.2 crore each, closing the week at Rs 3.2 crore.

After its first week run, it then collected Rs 60 lakh on the second Friday and then collected Rs 76 lakh on the next day. On its second Sunday, it minted over a crore, which brings the total collection to 25.51 crore.

Comparing the film with Kichcha Sudeep’s previous release, it is performing underwhelmingly. ‘Max’ on its second Sunday made over Rs 2.3 crore and had a good run of over a month, making over Rs 48.58 crore in India and Rs 57.3 crore worldwide.
Theatre occupancy
Speaking of the film’s occupancy in the theatres, ‘Mark’ recorded an overall of 25.09% in the Kannada version on Sunday.
During the morning shows, it had 11.20% attendance and later jumped to 31.65% in the afternoon. It peaked during the evening shows as it recorded 37.48% before a comparitly 20.03% numbers in the night.

Directed by Vijay Karthikeyaa, the film involves Kichcha Sudeeep as a suspended police officer who is in a fight against corrupt politicians and goons. The film also features Naveen Chandra, Yogi Babu, Nishvika Naidu, Guru Somasundaram, and Roshni Prakash in key roles.
