Jungkook opens up about how he is preparing for BTS comeback after 4 years: ‘Doing something consistently, even if it’s small’
BTS, the biggest boy band in the world, continues to shape global pop culture, and its youngest member Jungkook remains at the center of that influence. Known for his singles like ‘Seven’ and ‘GOLDEN’, the singer recently in an interview, shared how he is preparing for BTS’ much-awaited comeback in 2026.
He added, “I try to avoid things that are bad for my body. I used to drink , but now I’m trying to refrain from it. I want to use my time more meaningfully and cherish it. Doing something consistently, even if it’s small, is more important than making a big effort just once.” His daily cardio routine, done morning and night, gives him confidence and a sense of achievement, reinforcing his commitment to steady, meaningful progress.
He admitted that while he believed in the track, its massive reception still surprised him. “I really loved ‘Seven’ and felt confident performing it, but I was still surprised by how well it was received. That reaction gave me even more confidence.”
Instead of discouraging him, those feelings became fuel. “But those regrets are what motivate me to keep working harder and improving... This is a time where I can evaluate whether I can take another leap forward. Rather than doing the same kinds of performances or similar songs repeatedly.”
BTS’s comeback is now confirmed. According to a note released by on X (formerly Twitter), BigHit Music, the group will return on March 20 after nearly four years. Even all seven members RM, Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, Jung Kook, and j-hope also teased their fans with handwritten New Year notes, saying that the wait is almost over.
