Harbour has delivered a clear result, with Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam’s P K Sekarbabu retaining the seat by a comfortable margin. With counting complete (14/14 rounds), Sekarbabu secured 45,254 votes, defeating Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam’s Sinora P S Ashok, who polled 33,504 votes.
AIADMK’s R Manohar finished third with 17,256 votes.
In the 2021 Assembly elections, P K Sekarbabu (
DMK) won with 59,317 votes. In 2016, he had secured victory with 42,071 votes.
