Gudiyattam election results 2026: With 82858 votes, TMK's K Sindu wins against K B Pradap of DMDK

Gudiyattam saw TMK candidate K Sindu winning against K B Pradap of DMDK by a margin of 10097 votes. The winning contender earned a total of 82858 in the 2026 assembly elections.In the 2021 Assembly elections, V Amulu (DMK) won with 1,00,412 votes, defeating AIADMK’s G Paridha, who secured 93,511 votes, by a margin of 6,901 votes. In 2016, AIADMK’s C Jayanthi Padmanabhan had won with 94,689 votes, defeating DMK’s K Rajamarthandan, who secured 83,219 votes, by a margin of 11,470 votes.Gudiyattam recorded steady voter participation, reflecting continued electoral engagement in this constituency.Gudiyattam (Assembly Constituency), reserved for Scheduled Castes, is located in Tamil Nadu and has witnessed electoral contests among parties such as the DMK, AIADMK and CPI over the years. In 2011, CPI’s K Lingamuthu won with 79,416 votes, defeating DMK’s K Rajamarthandan, who secured 73,574 votes, by a margin of 5,842 votes.Tamil Nadu went to polls on April 23.
