Vijayawada: Hailing the BJP and NDA's victory march in West Bengal and Assam, chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu said the results reflect people's continued and growing confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership and his vision for Viksit Bharat.
"The verdict reinforces the NDA as a platform shaped by public aspirations and guided by the principles of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas'," he said. He also congratulated actor Vijay for his new party's "spectacular victory" in the Tamil Nadu elections.
Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan said the results across four states and one union territory reflect public preference for development and decisive governance.
"Voters in Assam and Puducherry reaffirmed support for development-oriented leadership, while West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala signalled a desire for change," he said, while particularly congratulating Vijay.
Congratulating Vijay on his memorable electoral debut, IT minister Nara Lokesh said his win reflects the changing aspirations of people. "Vijay's performance has added a new dimension to Tamil Nadu's political landscape," he said, while wishing him success in meeting public expectations.
YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said the elections results reflect people's choice, and extended his best wishes to all winners.
