12-year-old boy dies, 3 injured in fire at seminary in J&K’s Anantnag

SRINAGAR: A fire at a seminary in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district left a 12-year-old boy dead and three others injured on Tuesday, officials said. "A fire broke out in Faizan Baba Hyder Rishi Darul Aloom at Court Road in Anantnag in which four boys sustained burn injuries," they said.
The injured boys were shifted to a hospital, where one of them, Bilal Ahmad, succumbed to his injuries. Fire brigade personnel brought the blaze under control, while authorities said the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
