Biz leaders make a case for indl park in Hassan border region

Hassan: A delegation of industry leaders has urged the department of medium and large industries to develop a new industrial park in Hassan district.The delegation, led by HA Kiran, director, FKCCI and IT Growth chairman, met the department's principal secretary, S Selvakumar, and made a detailed presentation on the industrial growth potential of the Hassan border – Hirisave region, citing its proximity to Nelamangala.Kiran said Hassan offered favourable climatic conditions and strong connectivity through four-lane highways and good road infrastructure.
