Lucknow: Emotions ranging from joy to relief swept through schools and homes as Central Board of Secondary Education announced class XII results on Wednesday. There were selfies with friends and family, as students across the city saved memories of their achievement.
Students from Amity International School, The Millennium School South City, Maharishi Vidya Mandir, LPS Sector-I, SKD Academy, Awadh Collegiate, Manipal Public School and Rani Laxmi Bai Memorial Group of Schools spoke of how steady preparation shaped their results.
“I studied six hours daily, focused on regular revision and answer writing practice and consistency,” said Shubhanshu Singh, humanities student of Amity International School, who scored 97.8%. From the same school, Gargi Joshi of commerce stream who scored 97.4%, studied seven hours daily, while Hitesh Gupta of Science stream, scoring 96.2%, said he studied eight hours daily.
At The Millennium School, Nikhil Garg, with 100 in chemistry and 96% overall, Ruth Chauhan, 100 in entrepreneurship and 93% aggregate, 93.6% achiever Shagun Sharma, with 100 in Political Science and Avishi Pandey (97%) and Anwesh Patel (96.2%) studied six to eight hours daily with repeated revision.
Many aim for engineering, management and civil services.
From Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Sanskar Srivastava of science stream scored 95.60%, Satyam Yadav of humanities 91.20% and Suyash Dubey of commerce scored 90.40%. Kaashvi Srivastava of LPS Sector-I scored 96.8%.
SKD Academy’s Krishna Singh scored 91.2% in PCM and said, “I focused on problem solving as I am preparing for JEE.”
Nimit Dwivedi scored 93% in Commerce and said, “Consistency and revision helped me, I am preparing for CA, staying disciplined and revising daily was my success mantra.”
From Awadh Collegiate, Unnati Patel scored 97.8% and Divita Sharma 97.6%, both following fixed schedules and mock tests. At Manipal Public School, Riya of Commerce scored 97.25% and plans to study business. From Rani Laxmi Bai memorial groups of schools, Sanvi Katiyar scored 97.8%, Anshu Yadav 97.6%, Astha Mishra 97.6%, Anshika Maurya 97.6% and
Divyanshu Pandey from Rani Laxmi Bai memorial groups of schools , who scored 97.6%, said, “I focused on consistency and conceptual clarity and followed disciplined routine.”
