Prayagraj: Deputy chief minister
Keshav Prasad Maurya on Saturday addressed the concluding session of a district-level training camp organised by the BJP’s Yamunapar unit under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Mega Campaign-2026 in Arail in Prayagraj.
Calling the programme successful, Maurya congratulated the district president, office-bearers and public representatives, saying such initiatives form the foundation of a strong organisation.
He said the training campaign is being conducted across districts nationwide and serves as a key medium to ideologically strengthen party workers. “BJP workers continue to work on the ground even in difficult circumstances, and that remains their identity,” he said.
Referring to Prime Minister
Narendra Modi’s appeal, he said people across the country are working with unity in the national interest. Taking a swipe at the Opposition, Maurya alleged that some leaders indulge only in criticism, which, he said, is not taken seriously by the public.
He described the abrogation of
Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir as a historic decision that strengthened national unity and integrity.
Commenting on West Bengal, he said the BJP continues to struggle for the establishment of democratic values in the state.
