Maitri Cricket Club to hold third Atiya Parveen Memorial Women’s Twenty20 Cricket tournament from May 5

Jaipur: The third Atiya Parveen Memorial Women’s Twenty20 Cricket tournament, organised by Maitri Cricket Club, will be held from May 5 here at the Sony Stadium.In all, a total of four teams will participate for the top honours. On the first day, two semi-final matches will be played and on the second day the first match of both the losing teams will be played for the third and fourth place and the second match will be played for the first and second place.In each match, the player of the match and man of the tournament will be given Rs 1100 price, best batter Rs 500, best bowler Rs 500, best fielder Rs 500 each.To encourage women’s cricket in the region, no entry fees will be taken from any team participating in the tournament, informed the organisers in a press release issued here on Monday.
