Man takes Class 12 exam for student, 3 in police net
Gurgaon: Three persons, including a community health centre (CHC) operator, were arrested on Wednesday for their alleged involvement in impersonation during the Class 12 annual examination conducted by the Haryana School Education Board. A minor was also taken into custody in connection with the case.The incident was reported from examination centre number 32 at Govt Senior Secondary School in Salaheri during the English paper.

According to a complaint filed by centre superintendent Amit Kumar, discrepancies were found in the admit cards and roll numbers of two candidates during routine verification. On scrutiny, officials found that a minor was appearing in place of the original candidate, Shahbaz, a resident of Lakhnaka, while another accused, Shahbaz of Adbar, was writing the exam on behalf of Sameer, also from Adbar. Both impersonators were detained at the centre and handed over to the Sadar Nuh police station. Later, the police apprehended Sameer for allegedly arranging a proxy candidate. Junaid, the CHC operator from Taai, was also arrested for allegedly preparing fake admit cards and roll number slips to facilitate the fraud. His involvement emerged during interrogation.Nuh SP said strict surveillance is being maintained at sensitive examination centres to ensure transparency and fairness in the exam process.
