Seven-year-old girl gangraped, murdered in Khargone

Khargone: A seven-year-old girl was gang-raped and murdered by a relative and his friend in Oon police station area of Khargone district, police said.Khargone SP Ravindra Verma said the incident occurred Tuesday night when the victim's father sent the Class 1 girl to buy ice candy from a shop 100 metres away. "The accused were sitting in a vacant shop opposite, watching pornographic films on mobile phone which triggered their premeditated plan," he said.As the girl returned, the inebriated duo abducted her, took her to a barn 25 metres away in a stackyard, raped and strangled her to death. To conceal the body, they threw it in a straw pile covered with a plastic tub, the SP said.
