Maj Gen Gautam intera NCC cadets

Prayagraj: Additional Director General of the NCC Directorate Uttar Pradesh, Maj Gen Gaurav Gautam, interacted with NCC cadets at the NCC Group Headquarters, during his visit to the North Tech Symposium 2026 in Prayagraj, on Wednesday.Motivating young cadets towards national service and leadership, the ADG urged cadets to remain prepared for future challenges and to apply NCC values in every aspect of life. He highlighted self-confidence, character building, discipline, higher education, leadership, and social awareness as essential elements of success, inspiring cadets to become responsible and committed citizens.He interacted with cadets, officers, Junior Commissioned Officers, and soldiers, reflecting strong leadership and camaraderie. He also conducted a comprehensive inspection of the NCC Group Headquarters, reviewing training quality, activities, and cadet development. He directed officials to enhance teamwork, innovation, and training standards to make the Uttar Pradesh Directorate a leading force in the country. Group Commander Upendra Singh Kandil noted that such interactions strengthen the spirit of “Nation First” among youth.
