The second man, Pradeep, allegedly involved in the brutal rape was arrested from Bihar on Monday even as police are verifying whether the claims made by the first accused are true. Pradeep was apprehended from Barahiya village in Bihar's Lakhisarai late last night, Bihar director general of police, Abhayanand said.
