On December 28, 2025, YouTuber Scott Shafer released a video on his channel ShaferV2. He claimed that Myna Snacks is no longer operating. According to him, the company quietly went out of business. He suggested the shutdown was hidden to avoid online backlash. As of now, Pokimane has not responded publicly to these claims.In his video, Scott Shafer explained why he believes the company has shut down. He revealed to have tried to order Myna Snacks products several times starting in but each time, the items were listed as out of stock.
Shafer also pointed to the brand’s social media activity. He noted that Myna Snacks stopped promoting its cookies and crackers after October 30, 2025. According to him, there were no posts at all after that date. He said this was strange. He explained that snack companies usually increase marketing during the holiday season. Christmas is normally a major sales period. The lack of ads and stock during that time did not make sense.He also highlighted issues with the company’s website. Shafer said the contact page no longer shows any email or support details. There is no clear way for customers to reach the company. He said he contacted both Pokimane and Myna Snacks for clarification. According to him, neither replied. This silence further strengthened his belief that the business is no longer active.Pokimane previously defended her product strongly when criticism began. During a livestream, she responded harshly to people complaining about the price. Those comments became widely shared online and damaged the brand’s image.At the time of writing, Pokimane has not commented on the claims.
