Popular TV presenter Orest Drymalovsky, 29, made a surprising announcement at the end of his news show. He informed viewers that he would be leaving his familiar studio to join the Ukrainian army. Drymalovsky expressed a sense of duty, stating, "It's time for me to change my usual place of work, this cosy studio I love, for a military uniform." The decision to join the army aligns with Ukraine's urgent need to reinforce its frontline and bring back men who had initially left the country at the start of the war. Drymalovsky is set to don a military uniform and exchange his microphone for a machine gun starting next week.
