State Election Commissioner of J&K, KK Sharma spoke on District Development Council (DDC) elections. He said, “Eight-phase DDC elections to be held from November 28 to December 19. All arrangements including security are reviewed and completed. The remote areas to go to polls in first and second phase of polling.” “Health Department engaged to implement COVID guidelines,” State Election Commissioner added.
