Qatar Calls Israeli Attack On Doha 'COWARDLY'; Warns Israel Of Consequences Amid Mideast Tensions

Qatar strongly condemned an Israeli military strike targeting Hamas leadership in Doha, calling it a “cowardly” and “criminal” assault that violates international laws and threatens regional security. The attack reportedly struck members of Hamas’ political bureau, causing explosions and smoke over the Katara District. Qatari authorities said security forces and civil defense responded immediately to ensure public safety. Israel defended the strike, saying it targeted senior Hamas figures responsible for the October 7 attacks and ongoing militant operations, and claimed precautions minimized civilian harm through precision munitions and intelligence measures. Qatar vowed not to tolerate actions threatening its sovereignty.
