Watch: CID arrests former Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu in skill development corruption case

On Saturday, N Chandrababu Naidu, the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), was apprehended by CID in relation to a corruption case. He was arrested in the wee hours. Party workers protested against the arrest in front of his residence. A First Information Report (FIR) in the case was lodged in 2021. A minor scuffle was also witnessed between TDP workers apolice personnel.TDP leaders criticized the police for for the late-night action against the senior leader.
