Ashram underpass hits fund hurdle, to remain traffic choke point

Ashram Chowk is going to remain a traffic choke point for the time being. The planned 750-metre underpass along Mathura Road towards Nizamuddin could have eased movement, but the project is stalled as the files on financing continue to be tossed between the central and state government agencies.
