Harimurali was much-loved by the Malayali audience for his characters in movies like Rasikan.However, the actor has become the darling of the Malayali audience since the age of 4. Harimurali, who was the son of theatre and film actor K. U. Murali, started his acting career with TV serials. Reportedly, it was director AM Naseer who introduced him to the industry. Harimurali became a household name among the telly audience with his character Appu in the show 'Mangalyam.' His striking chemistry with then-child actress Keerthana Anil was much loved by fans. His innocence and natural humour were indeed the key attractions of the evergreen series.
