Archana in ‘Pavitra Rishta’, was filled with grief as memories of her late father flooded back. This emotional moment happened during her visit with her husband, Vicky Jain, and her mother, Vandana Lokhande. The moment made fans deeply moved.

As Ankita walked into her house in Indore, she couldn’t hold back her tears. She broke down and hugged her mother, clearly shaken by the absence of her father, Shashikant Lokhande. He passed away in 2023 at the age of 68. Speaking in Marathi, Ankita expressed what she was feeling in that moment, saying, “Aaj papa nahi hai na.” She explained that if her father were around, she would have cried into his arms instead.

Later, she walked Vicky Jain through the house, pointing out corners filled with memories. She spoke about her childhood, her dreams, and the life she once imagined while growing up there. The house wasn’t just a structure for her. It was something that held her past and her roots, and the presence of someone she misses every day.
Her emotional words for her father
Ankita has never shied away from expressing her love and grief for her father. Earlier, she shared an emotional note that read, “I miss you paa, bahut sara yaar... please aajao wapas.”
Even during Diwali, the loss felt heavier. She wrote, “I miss you, Paa, and wish you were here to light diyas with us. Your absence is deeply felt, but I know your blessings are always with us. Thank you, Maa and Paa, for your unwavering love and guidance. Your legacy lives on in my heart. I cherish these family photos, but in the last 2 pictures, wishing my Paa were here to complete them. Family is everything!!!!! Love and gratitude, always.”
