Splitsvilla X6: Sorab Bedi extends his support for Yogesh Rawat amid backlash for choosing ex-girlfriend Ruru Thakur on the show

Reality show Splitsvilla X6 is entertaining the audience with fun tasks, brewing friendships, and much more. The latest episode caught many eyeballs after Yogesh Rawat confirmed that he will go ahead in the show with ex-girlfriend Ruru Thakur and not his current connection Akanksha Chaudhary. He also confessed his feelings for her. Later, he received backlash online for keeping Akanksha in the dark. Sorab Bedi has now extended his support for close friend Yogesh.


Sorab took to his Instagram handle and shared a video of Yogesh from his recent live. After sharing it, he mentioned how he will always be there for him. What came as a huge surprise for the fans was the fact that Sorab and Akanksha share a very close bond.




Fans expressed their anger and disappointment at Sorab in the comment section, saying they never expected such a thing from him. Sorab then deleted the Instagram story. As for Yogesh, he confirmed that he’s still in a relationship with Ruru Thakur.


When the show began, it was divided into two parts: Pyaar Villa and Paisa Villa. The Pyaar Villa contestants included Akanksha Chaudhary, Anjali Schmuck, Anisha Shinde, Diksha Pawar, Sadhaaf Shankar, Soundarya Shetty, Simran Khan, Chakshdeep Singh, Yogesh Rawat, Sorab Bedi, Anuj Sharma, Tayne De’Villiers, Ayush Sharma, Harshit Gururani, and Himanshu Arora.



Meanwhile, the Paisa Villa contestants included Keona Walke, Khushi Rawal, Zalak Gohil, Preet Singh, Anushka Ghosh, Asmita Adhikari, Kaira Anu, Niharika Tiwari, Kushal Tanwar (Gullu), Aarav Chugh, Vishu Bajaj, Ayush Jamwal, Gauresh Gujral, Ron Kariappa, Deeptanshu Saini, and Mohit Magotra. However, the two villas have now been merged into one.
