Jiya Shankar sparks dating buzz with Kaaran Dhanak amid engagement rumours with Abhishek Malhan

Bigg Boss OTT 2 fame Jiya Shankar recently dismissed engagement rumours with Abhishek Malhan, aka Fukra Insaan, by sharing a romantic photo with a mystery man. Since then, buzz around her love life has been doing the rounds. Her latest post, where she is seen walking hand in hand with her boyfriend, has sparked curiosity about his identity.

The Kaatelal and Sons actress recently shared a video of walking on the streets, holding hands of her mystery man. Though she did not reveal the face of her man, she captioned the clip 'Dil Tu Jaan Tu' song with a red heart.

According to a report in Bollywood Shaadi, the actress is speculated to be in a relationship with Kaaran Dhanak. He reportedly runs a hookah parlour in the US. He is also reportedly linked to legal troubles related to the vape and cannabis business. However, there is no confirmation about Jiya dating a man named Kaaran.




Recently, Jiya and her Bigg Boss 2 co-contestant Abhishek Malhan were rumoured to be engaged. However, both denied the speculations. Abhishek even shared a furious response on social media and slammed those spreading the rumours.

He wrote, ""I want to make to make one thing very clear- please stop linking my name with anyome (sic)." He further claimed that he was the part of the show 3 years ago and his chapter with Jiya ended there itself. Abhishek cleared to have no link-ups with Jiya. The actress too later addressed the same on her social media, saying she is not dating or getting engaged to Abhishek. She then dropped a photo, hiding the face of the person, revealing to be dating someone."

On work front, Jiya has been a part of shows like Meri Hanikarak Biwi, Kaatelal and Sons, Bigg Boss OTT 2. She also featured in Riteish Deshmukh's directorial debut, Ved.
