Digvijay Rathee opens up on gratitude, positivity and ignoring negativity: says 'Just work hard every day and be grateful'
Reality TV personality Digvijay Rathee has been making headlines for his journey on the reality show The 50. After recovering from an eye infection, the contestant recently went back into the house, and fans quickly noticed. People always pay attention to Digvijay because he is so direct and focused.
Reality TV can be stressful because it gets a lot of attention, and people have strong opinions about it. Contestants often receive both praise and criticism. When asked what helps him stay grounded during difficult days, Digvijay said that looking back at his journey makes a big difference.
“I guess, realising how far I've come, from where I've come and the amount of hard work I've put in, without thinking about anything else. Just working hard each and every day and just being grateful for what god has given me. The amount of love I get from my people is insane, so that grounds me the most.”
Digvijay believes that remembering his progress and the effort he has invested over time helps him stay focused. He also spoke about the support he receives from fans, which he says keeps him motivated.
The reality TV star also addressed the topic of negativity and how he chooses to deal with it. Instead of reacting to criticism or distractions, he says he prefers to concentrate on positive moments in his life.
“Just focusing on the positive things that I have in life, and there are so many positive things to look up to in life, that can range from any normal thing, like a nice sunset from my house, to being around 500 people when they're chanting your name. So yeah, there are so many positive things to look forward to in life, and I focus on that only.”
For Digvijay, positivity does not always come from big achievements. It can sometimes be found in simple, everyday things. As he continues his journey inside The 50 house, viewers are still interested in how the contestant will perform in the next tasks
