Home to the best tofu in Japan, Tosho is a quaint restaurant situated near the Hiyajima Park in Hiroshima. With a traditional Tatami style layout, every dish served here is presented with all the grace and finesse in the world, albeit in small portions. While tofu has forever been perceived to be a relatively bland ingredient, this eatery whips it up in a myriad ways, ranging from tangy soy preparations to the most nourishing of vegetable salads, making you crave for second and third helpings. With a fixed set menu, the choice at Tosho is definitely limited but great. If you are not a big fan of soy products, the eatery also has an array of Japanese staples like ramen, sashimi, sushi, hot pots, thick custard, jelly, and ice cream.
