If you are a music lover, you already have a connection with the name! But unlike the band which is an American contribution, the restaurant is completely dedicated to Chinese food. And they are pretty serious about it with an eight-page long menu offering an amazing range of noodles, rice and soups. The restaurant is very neat and elegantly designed and this renders a calm effect on the guests. The restaurant staff is very polite and if you have any confusion about the preparation and serving, you can easily ask anyone of them. They also offer suggestions as to what to order after assessing your food preferences. We suggest, go for pan fried chilli fish, crispy prawn garlic pepper, crispy pork in chilli plum sauce and Singaporean rice noodle. Guwahati has a bevy of food joints that serve Chinese food but if you are looking for a place where you can get the real deal, Red Hot Chilli Pepper is where you should check – in!
