Pachapapa

When you are in Cusco and want to have a satisfying meal, Pachapapa is one of the best options available. We suggest sitting outdoors as you can watch your food being cooked or the guinea pig getting roasted in the wood fired oven outside. Service at Pachapapa is outstanding and the waiters are very helpful. They are quite fluent in English. When it comes to the food, Pachapapa prides itself on serving high quality, tasty and fresh food. Their homemade lemonade is a bit of a specialty. You could also try the chica morada that is a local non-alcoholic drink. Pizzas at Pachapapa are fresh and served hot, straight from the oven. The guinea pig, which is found in restaurants all over the city, is their signature dish.

This restaurant enjoys a stature of its own amongst the many restaurants in Cusco. It’s small in size but packs a punch when it comes to the food and service.
