When in Lima, head towards La Molina and go straight to Nanka to enjoy some phenomenal food. It is a friendly space with a modern feel and a lot of recycled material has been used for constructing this eco-friendly place. This gives a fusion look to complement the organic food on offer.
The food is delicious and portions are generous. There are lots of starters and appetizers on the menu and the guests are spoilt for choice. Gluten-free options are also available. Peruvian food is made using local ingredients that are free from any kind of chemicals or pesticides. We had Arroz Pato, which was delectable. We were later told by the owners that this is their flagship dish and, hence, so exquisite. At Nanka restaurant, the best is no doubt reserved for the end. Their desserts are to die for. Try the Lucuma ice cream and you won’t be disappointed. Tastefully presented nutritious food is a winner all the way. Do book your table in advance so that you get a seat on reaching.
