Namma Metro, meaning "Our Metro" also commonly referred as Bengaluru Metro, is a high-tech mode of travelling in the city of Bangalore. Namma Metro is currently the second longest operational metro network in the country after Delhi Metro. In addition to that, Namma Metro ranked the 83rd largest metro system in terms of length and 79th largest metro network in terms of number of operating stations in the world.

The metro network consists of two color-coded lines, with a total length of 42.3 kilometers serving 41 stations. The system has structures built with a combination of underground, at-grade, and elevated stations using standard-gauge tracks. With the first underground metro line in South India, this metro has an average daily ridership of 315,000 passengers.
