Major General Sanjay Christopher Meston

Major General S C Meston is a decorated Army veteran with 40 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army. Commissioned in 1981 into Infantry, the Mahar Regiment after graduating from the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Indian Military Academy, (IMA), he went on to lead key combat and strategic assignments across India and abroad. A recipient of the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM), Sena Medal (SM), and Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM), he has a proven record in operational leadership, defence diplomacy, and international peacekeeping.
