Apple has rolled out iOS 26.4. The Cupertino-based tech giant has introduced eight new emojis to iPhones as part of its latest software update. Users can now access the new emojis and use them across messaging platforms, including Android and other operating systems.Every year, the Unicode Consortium reviews and approves a new set of emojis, which platforms like iOS, Android, and Windows later adopt. The batch included in iOS 26.4 was approved last summer but has now been rolled out to iPhone users with this update. While Apple offers features like Apple Intelligence that allow users to generate custom “Genmoji,” the newly added emojis remain part of the shared global standard.
