Randy Orton explains his heinous actions from SmackDown last week
Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes met last week on SmackDown for the contract signing of their Undisputed WWE title match at WrestleMania 42. Right after they signed on the dotted line, Orton turned heel and laid a vicious beatdown on The American Nightmare that left him covered in his own blood.
WWE's Apex Predator will make an appearance on SmackDown this week to explain his shocking actions. At the same time, Rhodes is also scheduled to be at the show and is likely to get some measure of revenge on his former friend.
What are the other major highlights for WWE SmackDown this week?
This week's episode of SmackDown, WWE Hall of Famers, The Bella Twins, will have the one opportunity they have waited for years. Brie and Nikki Bella will reunite for the first time in years to challenge Nia Jax and Lash Legend for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. Similarly, R-Truth and Damian Priest will challenge for the Men's tag team titles when they battle The MFTs. Another tag team match will see the Motor City Machine Guns and Fraxiom collide, and Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu square off in a singles match. Lastly, the show will also feature Jelly Roll's appearance, who will be called out by the man he took down last week, Kit Wilson.
