In front of her parents and sister on Christmas Eve, December 24, Karl proposed on a rooftop in New York City. When Jordyn was spotted wearing a huge stone in October 2024, the couple's engagement rumors first surfaced.




The couple had always made the news. For instance, it happened when Jordyn gave KAT an upgraded version of his mother's old car for his 30th birthday back in November. Alongside pictures and videos of Towns in the car, Woods wrote:

“During the summer, Karl asked me if I could drive any car for a day, which one would it be.. I answered, and his response was, ‘I wouldn’t pick anything crazy, I just really loved my mom’s car she had when I was a kid,’”

Additionally, in a February 2024 interview with People, Towns stated that Woods' support "on a daily basis" is "truly special to me," regardless of whether it is related to his basketball career. When Towns silenced critics in March 2021 via X, he started an engagement rumor. He wrote:

“The same haters we have now are gonna be the same ones we have when I put that ring on her finger.”
