Olympic skiing legend Lindsey Vonn is making a big life change. The five-time Olympian has lowered the price of her Beverly Hills mansion by $200,000 as she prepares to leave California for good and settle in Park City, Utah. The home was first listed for $4.45 million in November 2025, according to Realtor.com, but the price has now dropped as Vonn pushes forward with her move. The decision comes after a painful and emotional few months for the 41-year-old skier. Lindsey Vonn returned to competition ahead of the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina despite dealing with an ACL injury. Just days before the Games, she chose to keep competing. Things got even worse when she later suffered a serious crash on the slopes that left her with a fractured leg. Since then, she has gone through six surgeries and is still recovering.Even while dealing with those injuries, Vonn has continued making public appearances. Earlier this month, she walked the Met Gala red carpet using a cane. Before that, she was also seen in a wheelchair at Los Angeles International Airport in April.
She later attended the final game of the season for the Los Angeles Lakers in Los Angeles.

Lindsey Vonn’s Beverly Hills mansion sale shows major move from California to Utah

Lindsey Vonn’s Beverly Hills property is a 3,400-square-foot mansion originally built in 1948. The home includes three bedrooms, a private backyard, a swimming pool, and a kitchen with French doors opening toward the outdoor area. The property sits on a quarter-acre lot and is reportedly held by Bob Hurwitz of Hurwitz James Company. Vonn bought the house in 2021 for $3.4 million before putting it on the market four years later. But while she is stepping away from California, Vonn’s next chapter already appears to be waiting in Utah. The skiing star has built a much larger home in Park City on 24 acres of land. The quieter mountain lifestyle matches her deep connection to skiing and outdoor life, something that has always been a major part of her career. For now, Lindsey Vonn’s focus remains on recovery after another difficult injury setback. At the same time, the sale of her Beverly Hills mansion makes it clear she is ready for a fresh start away from California after spending years balancing sports, public appearances, and life in Los Angeles.
