Jake Paul has revealed why he is banned from attending WWE events, including shows involving his brother
Logan Paul, claiming the issue stems from his long-running feud with UFC president Dana White and his wider tensions with TKO Group Holdings, the parent company that owns both UFC and WWE.
The social media star turned boxer said the situation has become so serious that he is not even allowed to attend events involving his own brother, Logan Paul, despite Logan becoming one of WWE’s biggest names.
Jake claims TKO tensions led to WWE ban
Logan Paul signed a multi-event WWE contract in June 2022 after impressing during several guest appearances for the company. Although the move initially divided opinion among wrestling fans, Logan quickly established himself as one of WWE’s major attractions, sharing the ring with stars including John Cena, Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.
But throughout Logan’s rise inside WWE, many fans repeatedly noticed Jake Paul was missing from major events and appearances.
Jake addressed the situation during an appearance on
Undefeated & Undisputed, where he claimed the issue was directly tied to his ongoing disputes with UFC and Dana White over fighter pay and wider combat sports practices.
“I think it’s definitely in the name of entertainment. However, there is truth in it and there are points and some certain facts that I would like to see pushed through.
Like the UFC fighter minimum pay being $12,000, that needs a rise,” Jake said.
“There is all these like things in it that are serious. But from my side, I’m just having fun and the fact that the one of the biggest organisations in the world, the TKO group has this major beef with me.
“They won’t even let me go be in my brother’s WWE matches because they hate me so much. So it’s pretty wild how much under their skin we are.”
TKO Group Holdings currently owns both UFC and WWE, something Jake believes directly connects his public criticism of UFC to his exclusion from WWE events.
Logan previously discussed the issue in YouTube video
The subject had already surfaced publicly during a candid conversation between the Paul brothers in a YouTube video posted by Logan Paul in July 2025 titled
“Logan & Jake Paul Answer the Web’s Most Asked Questions.” During the discussion, Jake openly admitted: “I’m actually banned from the WWE.”
Logan initially responded by saying: “No, that’s not true.”
Jake then doubled down on the claim, replying: “Yeah, it is.”
Logan went on to explain why tensions may have developed between Jake and the people connected to WWE’s parent company.
“You’ve upset some of the people involved because you’ve made an enemy out of Dana White. Oh, you have a diss track on him, buddy,” Logan said.
He continued: “Dana is now part of TKO Group ’cause the TKO Group now owns the UFC and the WWE. And the TKO Group, I think, is like an offshoot of WME, which is a Hollywood agency. William Morris Endeavor owned by Ari Emanuel… I think there’s still a little bit of static, but it’s nothing we can’t fix.”
Jake insists rivalry is more entertaining than personal
Jake has feuded publicly with Dana White for several years, frequently criticising UFC fighter pay, healthcare and treatment of athletes.
Despite that, he insisted he does not personally view the situation as hostile and instead sees the rivalry as part of the entertainment side of combat sports.
“To me, it's just been a fun journey. I enjoy s*** talk. Like when people make fun of me,” Jake said during the
Undefeated & Undisputed interview.
“I'm easy to make fun of. I'm able to make fun of myself. So the beef, to me, is just fun and entertaining for everybody.”
Logan thriving in WWE while MVP expands into MMA
While Jake remains outside WWE events, Logan continues to grow into one of the company’s biggest crossover stars and currently holds the WWE World Tag Team Championship alongside Austin Theory as part of The Vision faction.
At the same time, Jake’s promotion Most Valuable Promotions is continuing to expand deeper into combat sports, positioning itself as an emerging disruptor in a space long dominated by UFC and its parent company TKO Group.
His latest comments arrived just days before MVP prepared to host its first MMA event at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, headlined by former WWE star
Ronda Rousey against Gina Carano.
The card also includes several high-profile names from combat sports, including Nate Diaz, Mike Perry and former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou.
