County Group plans to invest Rs 1,200 crore in Noida's realty projects

Realty firm County Group plans to invest over Rs 1,200 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Noida, the company said in a statement on Monday, PTI reported.The project, named ‘Clove County’, is being developed on a 5-acre land parcel in Sector 151 along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and will comprise 226 apartments.According to the company, the total investment for the project will exceed Rs 1,200 crore, while apartment prices are expected to range between Rs 10 crore and Rs 18 crore.Amit Modi, Director, County Group, said the developer had acquired the land parcel through an auction for nearly Rs 500 crore.He added that demand for premium and luxury housing in Noida continues to remain strong.County Group, a developer based in the National Capital Region (NCR), has delivered several residential and commercial projects across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and New Delhi, covering around 20 million square feet of built-up area, according to the statement.
