Tips for getting a picture-ready photo with your pet while travelling

Aren’t you just ever-ready to take an Instagram photo with your lovely pet while travelling? They can be a great travel companion whose presence will give you a homely vibe. It is also a great marketing opportunity for bloggers and influencers to add a new angle to their social media profiles. But the difficult part is to get your dog to click a nice picture without any hassle. So, we bring to you some super-easy tips to plan pictures with your pet!

2/6

Plan ahead of your time

Always plan your day ahead if you are taking your pet along with you on a trip. Take notes if the weather seems to be cloudy or has been predicted to be rainy. Try to search and look for places that are great to click pictures, that are of-course pet-friendly. Well, of course, you don’t want to end up going somewhere where pets aren’t allowed at all.

3/6

Catch your pet’s attention

You can get your pet to be the ultimate poser if you happen to catch their attention at just the right time. Holding their attention might be a bit difficult but train them accordingly to stay still when asked to and while both your photos are getting clicked. Their excited expression can get you a really aesthetic photo-framed.

4/6

Cradle your pet

Cradling your pet just like a baby will get all the ‘awws’ in your Instagram picture. Moreover, your pet will really love it if their master picks them up for a real, tight hug! Hold them close to you and make your pet look towards the camera for the awe-inspiring look.

5/6

Treats, treats and treats!

If you have to pull the strings on your pet, get ready to pack a lot of pet food and treats to get their attention. Treat it as a bonus point they get, if you both are trying to get a picture clicked together. Pets function best when there are treats. Add a gold old comment of ‘good boy!’ to make them happily play along with you.

6/6

Remember: time matters, and not photos

Don’t sulk if your photos with your pet didn’t turn out to be good. Instead, be grateful for the time you both spent together. It is important to remember the positive things like the fun you both had travelling and clicking photos. After all, in the end, memories matter the most.
