Green Moong Dosa Recipe

Protein-rich Green Moong Dosa, also known as Pesarattu, is a traditional Andhra Pradesh breakfast made from whole green moong dal, which is first soaked and the blended into a smooth paste. 1 cup whole green moong dal, 2 tbsp rice, 1–2 green chillies, 1 inch ginger, salt to taste, water as needed, and oil for cooking

First of all, wash and soak green moong dal and rice for 6–8 hours or overnight.

Next morning, drain the soaked water and wash them again. Next, grind them with green chillies, ginger, salt, and water into a smooth batter.

Now, let the batter rest for 10 minutes and in the meantime, heat a tawa and lightly grease it with some oil.

Using a ladle, pour the batter and spread it to form a thin dosa. Drizzle some oil and let it cook.

Cook it on a low flame and until it turns golden on both the sides.
