Days after a Bihar police team reached Mumbai to probe the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case, a turf battle has broken out between law enforcement officers from Bihar and Maharashtra. There can't be transfer of a case which had no legal basis for Bihar to get involved. At most, it would be a 'Zero FIR' transferable to Mumbai Police. Transfer of a case,on which they had no jurisdiction, to CBI has no legal sanctity

Bihar Police record statement of Sushant's friend Pithani
Bihar Police have recorded the statement of Sushant Singh Rajput's friend and creative content manager Siddharth Pithani in connection with the actor's death, an official said on Tuesday. A team of the Bihar Police is in Mumbai to probe Rajput's death after his father lodged a complaint in Patna against the late actor's friend Rhea Chakraborty and other members of her family for allegedly abetting his suicide.
