Coronavirus live updates: India's recovery rate now stands at 63.24%, govt says

The Union Health Ministry on Tuesday informed that the daily growth rate of newer coronavirus cases is declining each day. Till July 12, the Central government has recorded daily the growth rate for newer cases at 3.24 per cent.

Out of the active cases, 80% cases are in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area, said Srinivasa Rao.

Uttarakhand reached half-century in Covid-19 deaths after a 37-year-old Covid-19 patient died in Nainital on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday.

The CM asked the officials to immediately implement it. He took this decision at Covid review meeting.

The total number of positive cases in the state rises to 2,67,665 including 1,49,007 recovered cases, 10,695 deaths and 1,07,665 active cases, according to public health dept, Maharashtra.
